We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a strong food manufacturing background to lead plant operations across Production, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and R&D.

This is a key leadership role reporting to the President/CFO, responsible for driving operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced food production environment.

Key Highlights:

• 10+ years of leadership experience in food or CPG manufacturing
• Oversight of production, quality, supply chain, engineering & R&D
• Strong knowledge of FDA, USDA, SQF, CFIA, CODEX
• ERP experience preferred (Redzone, NetSuite)
• Wastewater & environmental compliance experience
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and drive results
