Operations Manager (Footwear & Logistics)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee inbound & outbound stock, including QC, cleaning, and dispatch.
• Coordinate logistics with transporters (railway, couriers, etc.) and ensure timely POD.
• Manage warehouse team (packing boys) to maintain efficiency & accuracy.
• Follow up with clients for delivery acknowledgment and share tracking details.
• Report daily stock movements, damages, and shortages.

Requirements:

• 5–7 years’ experience in operations/logistics (hospitality supply/FMCG preferred).
• Ability to manage warehouse staff and streamline processes.
• Strong organizational & communication skills.
• Mumbai-based.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
