Our client, a diversified holding company based in Riyadh, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for their heavy equipment rental business . The company operates across multiple industries and is now strengthening its presence in the construction and machinery rental sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full operations of the heavy equipment rental business.
• Ensure high utilization and availability of equipment through effective planning, logistics, and maintenance.
• Develop and maintain strong client and supplier relationships in the Riyadh market.
• Manage and guide the operations team to achieve business goals.
• Provide regular reports and insights directly to top management.
• Contribute to growth strategy and identify opportunities for expansion within Saudi Arabia.

Requirements

• Proven background in heavy equipment rental / earth-moving machinery operations .
• Strong market knowledge and professional network in Riyadh .
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English (Arabic preferred).
• Must be based in Riyadh or open to relocation.
