The Role

We are hiring a driven, ambitious, and high-potential Operations Manager who wants to grow into a future leadership role.

You will be mentored directly by our founder & CEO — a seasoned, award-winning entrepreneur — and trained to own and scale Neovara’s operational delivery. This is not a 9-to-5 role: you will be expected to put in 60–70+ hours per week in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of day-to-day operations : client delivery, SLAs, onboarding, reporting, and issue resolution.
  • Work closely with the tech/data team to shape the tools, dashboards, and processes needed to deliver at scale.
  • Ensure flawless client management : manage expectations, resolve escalations, and keep clients engaged and satisfied.
  • Build and optimise processes, SOPs, and workflows that allow Neovara to scale globally.
  • Partner directly with the CEO on operational strategy, reporting, and performance reviews.
  • Drive a culture of excellence and accountability within the operations team.


What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in operations, consulting, client delivery, or data/tech-enabled roles.
  • High intellectual horsepower — you learn fast, solve problems creatively, and think like an entrepreneur.
  • Strong tech literacy and comfort working with data, KPIs, and digital tools.
  • Exceptional organisation, communication, and client management skills .
  • Willingness to work intense hours (60–70+/week) in a high-growth startup environment.
  • A “whatever it takes” mindset, with the ambition to rise into senior leadership.
