About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize daily café operations, ensure high-quality guest experiences, and lead a motivated team.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about specialty beverages, customer service, and operational excellence in a fast-paced café environment.
Key Responsibilities:
● Oversee day-to-day café operations across multiple branches.
● Ensure all outlets adhere to brand standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
● Implement operational policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and
ensure compliance.
● Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and coordinate with suppliers for timely
deliveries.
● Lead, coach, and mentor store managers, supervisors, and front-of-house staff.
● Conduct staff training on product knowledge, customer service, and operational
procedures.
● Manage staff schedules, labor costs, and performance evaluations.
● Ensure consistent, high-quality guest experiences in line with brand standards.
● Handle guest complaints and feedback promptly to maintain high customer
satisfaction.
● Monitor café ambiance, cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction metrics.
● Track sales, revenue, and profitability for each branch.
● Analyze operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for
improvement.
● Work closely with management to set targets and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
● At least 4-5 years’ experience in food & beverage operations, preferably in cafés,
tea houses, or quick-service restaurants.
● Strong leadership and team management skills.
● Knowledge of café operations, inventory management, and cost control.
● Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
● Proficiency with POS systems and basic financial reporting.
● Knowledge of UAE labor and health & safety regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
