The Operations Manager reports to the Store Director and is responsible for managing all back-of-house activities. Alongside the Store Manager, they oversee IT systems, facilities management, stock availability, inventory, security, logistics, and after-sales services.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure proper store operations following company guidelines.
• Operate the Retail Pro Management system for stock transfer, arrivals, and payments.
• Manage store facilities, including cleaning, repairs, and fixture replacements.
• Oversee maintenance of lighting and electrical systems.
• Organize back-of-house areas, stock and maintenance rooms, and hold areas.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure work standards.
• Control store expenses and maintain accurate records.
• Manage cash, credit, and check processing procedures.
• Control petty cash in line with company policies.
• Oversee inventory and cycle counts.
• Support legal and security departments with risk management, security, and audits.
• Manage packaging, stationary, and CRM material supplies.
• Maintain records of repairs and after-sales follow-up.
• Handle shipments, transfers, and consignments processing.
• Ensure staff compliance with HR and POS policies.

Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury/fashion retail back-of-house.
• Bachelor's or master's degree preferred.
• Organized, punctual, trustworthy, and accurate.
• Strong administrative and financial skills.
