Operations Manager – Marine Fleet Operations

A leading UAE-based organization in the marine sector is seeking experienced professionals to join its expanding Marine Division. We are looking for dynamic individuals who can drive operational excellence and commercial growth within a fast-paced fleet environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of a fleet of offshore and charter vessels.
• Improve vessel efficiency, safety, and compliance with marine regulations.
• Streamline crew operations, maintenance planning, and voyage scheduling.
• Implement operational governance and cost-control measures.
• Coordinate with technical, commercial, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Nautical Science, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in marine operations management, pr e ferably in offshore or charter fleet environments.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent understanding of UAE maritime regulations and industry best practices.
