Operations Manager – MEP

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end operations for MEP works including design review, procurement, execution, testing & commissioning.
• Supervise and coordinate MEP teams across projects ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Interface with clients, consultants, and other project stakeholders to ensure technical compliance and client satisfaction.
• Review engineering designs and provide technical guidance to resolve site issues.
• Ensure adherence to local codes, authority requirements (DEWA, SEWA, FEWA, DM, etc.), and quality standards.
• Lead planning of manpower, materials, and equipment to optimize efficiency.
• Implement HSE practices across all MEP operations and ensure a safe working environment.
• Drive continuous improvement, training, and development initiatives within the MEP team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 15-20 years of experience in MEP project execution, with 5+ years in a senior management or operations role.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, authority regulations, and project coordination.
• Experience working with high-rise buildings, commercial, or infrastructure projects in the UAE.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and other relevant software tools.
