Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager in the OOH (Out-of-Home) industry to oversee the day-to-day execution and logistics of advertising campaigns across outdoor media formats such as transit ads, digital displays, and event-based installations. This role requires a strong mix of project management, vendor coordination, logistics planning, and quality control.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the timely deployment of OOH advertising campaigns across various formats.
- Develop and manage installation schedules in collaboration with media planning and sales teams.
- Ensure that the required materials are ready and dispatched for timely installation.
- Manage relationships with printing vendors, installation teams, and logistics provider.
- Ensure vendors follow safety, quality, and compliance standards during installations and maintenance.
- Oversee the collection of photographic documentation of live campaigns as well as ensure that media is installed accurately (correct location, creative, sizing).
- Handle issue resolution for misprints, installation errors, or missed deadlines.
- Ensure all OOH placements comply with local municipality regulations, zoning laws, and industry guidelines.
- Monitor legal expiration dates for temporary installations.
- Supervise field operations teams, including site supervisors, drivers, and technicians.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as - Sales, Marketing, Finance, Creative, and Technology.
- Provide training, scheduling, and performance reviews for operations staff.
- Generate operational reports on campaign completion, delays, errors, and performance metrics.
Skills Required:
- Ability to plan, schedule, and oversee multiple campaigns and installations simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management with external partners.
- Ensuring exact execution of campaign specifications, including location, size, and timing.
- Clear coordination with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure transparency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Advertising, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
- Experience in operations, logistics, media deployment, or production—ideally in the advertising or signage industry.
Working Conditions:
- Office-based with frequent travel to installation sites, supplier warehouses, and billboard locations.
- Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Requires availability during early mornings, late evenings, or weekends during major rollouts.
- Occasional on-site supervision of high-visibility or critical campaign launches.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
