1. Core Responsibilities

Strategic & Business Operations

  • Asset Management: Oversee the management of private assets, including luxury real estate, private jets, yachts, and high-end vehicle fleets.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage office and household budgets, oversee accounts payable/receivable, and coordinate with the Investment Team for personal and business expenditures.
  • Compliance & Risk: Ensure all operations (legal, financial, and domestic) comply with UAE laws and international regulations. Implement strict data protection and confidentiality protocols.

Household & Lifestyle Management

  • Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a diverse team of domestic staff (butlers, chefs, drivers, housekeepers) and executive assistants.1
  • Event Coordination: Direct the planning and execution of high-profile events, royal ceremonies, and private gatherings, ensuring "flawless" service delivery.
  • Travel Logistics: Oversee complex global travel itineraries, including private aviation, ground transport, security details, and visa requirements for the family and their guests.2

Stakeholder Relations

  • Government Liaison: Coordinate with UAE government entities, GHQ, and municipal authorities for official matters, protocols, and security.
  • Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with luxury service providers, international contractors, and specialist consultants.3

2. Key Requirements & Qualifications

RequirementDescriptionExperience8–10+ years in high-end hospitality, family offices, or estate management (Private Office experience is often mandatory).

Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; an MBA is often preferred.

Confidentiality A proven track record of maintaining absolute discretion and signing strict NDAs.

Cultural Fit Deep understanding of UAE culture, royal protocols, and traditions. Fluency in Arabic is often a significant advantage.

Availability Requires 24/7 "on-call" flexibility and the ability to travel at short notice.3. Desired Soft Skills
