Operations Manager / Project Manager (Bakery Industry)

MIRA Construction is looking for an experienced and hands on Operations Manager / Project Manager for one of our projects in Bakery Industry. We are looking for a professional to oversee and optimise the daily operations of the bakery business. The ideal candidate has relevant experience in bakery, hotel, or restaurant industries and a strong background in managing teams, processes, and resources. Friendly and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the bakery.
• Manage HR-related processes: payroll, recruitment (if needed), onboarding, and staff qualification training.
• Ensure smooth supply chain and handle procurement, inventory, and delivery logistics.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair tasks to ensure equipment and facilities are in excellent condition.
• Monitor performance and implement operational improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with management to plan and execute operational projects.

Qualifications
