Operations Manager (scientific / laboratory supplies) (Open to candidates from all locations)

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Branch / Operations Manager to lead and manage branch operations within the Scientific & Laboratory Solutions industry. This role requires strong expertise in operations, finance, logistics, and commercial coordination, along with the ability to work closely with international offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end branch operations including logistics, inventory, procurement, local purchases, banking, and administration
  • Oversee accounting and financial activities such as bookkeeping, reconciliations, vendor payments, and petty cash management
  • Handle commercial documentation including quotations, invoices, import/export records, and customer correspondence
  • Coordinate with internal teams across Nigeria and international offices to ensure smooth operations and alignment
  • Support sales and technical teams for client delivery and after-sales activities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, service providers, and banking partners
  • Prepare and submit regular operational and financial reports to head office
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost efficiencies

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations or branch management roles
  • Experience in scientific, laboratory, technical, or industrial supplies is highly preferred
  • Prior exposure to structured markets such as India, UAE, or similar regions is an advantage
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, Sage, or Zoho
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Valid driving license is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per month
