Operations Manager- Swimming pool & Landscapes

An organized and experienced Operations Manager with a background in swimming pool construction and landscape design-build

What You’ll Do:

• Manage daily operations, including project planning and scheduling
• Lead and guide project managers, supervisors, and technicians
• Ensure all work meets safety and industry standards
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
• Suggest improvements and help with financial decisions
• Track project progress and report using KPIs and other tools

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years’ experience in swimming pool construction, landscaping, or similar fields
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Knowledge of swimming pool and landscape design
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Degree in construction management, landscape architecture, or related field is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
