Role Overview

As an Operations Manager – Voyage, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of voyages for our supply vessel fleet. Your focus will be on operational efficiency, compliance with maritime regulations, resource optimization, and seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Voyage Planning & Execution – Plan and coordinate vessel schedules, optimize fuel usage, and liaise with port authorities and agents.

Operational Oversight – Monitor day-to-day vessel operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and troubleshoot delays.
Crew & Resource Management – Oversee crew scheduling, recruitment, and training compliance.
Customer & Vendor Coordination – Maintain clear communication with customers and manage vendor relationships.
Financial Oversight – Track voyage budgets and approve invoices related to fuel, port fees, and crew costs.
Risk Management – Mitigate voyage risks including weather disruptions and customs delays.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement – Analyze voyage performance, optimize operations, and implement best practices.

• What We’re Looking For
• ✔ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Logistics, or a Maritime Certificate of Competency (Junior Officer).

✔ Experience: Minimum 2-4 years in a team lead position in a similar maritime operations or logistics role.
✔ Skills: Strong problem-solving, time management, communication, and customer-handling skills. English proficiency (written & spoken) required.
