Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operational activities, ensuring properties are maintained to high standards and guest experiences are exceptional. Responsibilities include supervising property maintenance, managing service providers, optimizing operational processes, coordinating guest support, and implementing policies to improve efficiency. The role also requires collaboration with the marketing team for property enhancements and overseeing revenue management initiatives to achieve optimal results.

Qualifications

• Operational management skills including process improvement, team coordination, and problem-solving
• Property management expertise with experience in overseeing maintenance, professional cleaning, and vendor management
• Guest relations and customer service skills with a focus on delivering excellent guest experiences
• Understanding of revenue management, dynamic pricing strategies, and performance optimization
• Proficiency in technology tools for property management and familiarity with short-term rental platforms
• Strong organizational, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail
• Knowledge of Dubai's real estate and hospitality market is an advantage
