We are seeking an experienced and strategic Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at our building materials facility. The ideal candidate will manage logistics, inventory, production, distribution, and team performance to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability. You will play a key role in maintaining a safe, productive, and customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily operations including warehousing, logistics, production, and distribution of building materials.

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Coordinate with sales, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure seamless supply chain management.

Monitor and optimize inventory levels, minimizing stock-outs or overstocking.
