The Role
This opportunity is with a company into diversified businesses based in UAE. Seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our daily operational functions. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in improving efficiency, ensuring quality standards are met, and driving organizational success. This role requires a strong leader who can manage diverse teams, implement strategic plans, and continuously enhance operational processes. Key Responsibilities 1. Operational Planning and Execution • Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures across all departments. • Monitor daily operations and work closely with department heads to ensure seamless workflow and optimal resource allocation. • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational efficiency and service quality. • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and cost reduction. 2. Team Management and Leadership • Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams to foster a high-performance culture. • Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate professional development for direct reports. • Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and training to ensure operational readiness. 3. Quality Control and Compliance • Oversee quality assurance programs to maintain the highest standards of products or services. • Ensure all operations comply with relevant local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company standards. • Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of necessary resources. 4. Stakeholder Communication • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding operational performance and issues. • Prepare and present detailed reports on operational status, performance, and strategic initiatives for senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in an operations management role or similar leadership position. • Experience in managing cross functional teams.
