Job Title: Operations Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Officer to oversee and support the daily operations of our organization. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficiency, compliance, and smooth workflow across departments. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operational activities.
  • Monitor and evaluate processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Support management in implementing operational strategies and initiatives.
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of operational performance.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance productivity.
  • Assist in budget monitoring and resource allocation.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Must have a valid QID
