Qatar Factory - NAFFCO is seeking a skilled Operations Planner to strengthen our Projects & Maintenance team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manpower planning related to maintenance operations
• Strong background in resource allocation, scheduling, and workforce deployment
• Knowledge in planning software tools (Primavera, MS Project, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement manpower plans for maintenance projects
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient workforce utilization
• Monitor and adjust schedules to meet operational requirements
• Prepare reports and documentation to support compliance and performance tracking
