We’re looking for someone who’s driven, organized, and passionate about fashion. Someone who doesn’t just follow timelines, but takes ownership, brings ideas to life, and helps us build something bigger.

You’ll be our bridge between our UK–Canada teams and our production partners in Delhi; managing timelines, optimizing costs, building vendor relationships, and staying in tune with global fashion and wedding trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Production Coordination & Timelines: Oversee all production activities with our Delhi-based vendors (sherwanis, tuxedos, suits). Ensure every order is managed accurately and delivered on time, maintaining efficiency without compromising quality.
  • Vendor Relations & Network Building: Build and manage strong relationships with existing suppliers while developing a network of new, trusted production partners. Work closely with them to ensure consistency, reliability, and growth.
  • Cost Optimization & Process Improvement: Identify smarter ways to consolidate shipments, reduce unnecessary costs, and streamline operations. Help us find more efficient ways of doing things while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Market Research & Fashion Awareness: Stay updated with menswear and wedding fashion trends, new fabrics, silhouettes, and detailing techniques. Contribute insights that help us keep our collections fresh, relevant, and globally appealing.
  • Inventory & Logistics Management: Coordinate shipments from multiple suppliers, manage stock organization, and assist with inventory updates. Ensure our deliveries are smooth, cost-effective, and perfectly timed.
  • Creative & Shoot Coordination: Support our brand development shoots (BDS), BTS and creative projects, ensuring samples, looks, and logistics are ready on time. Help connect the dots between production, styling, and marketing.

What We’re Looking For

  • Someone who’s proactive, organized, and loves working in a fast-paced environment.
  • A detail-oriented problem solver who thrives on communication and structure.
  • Experience in production, fashion, or operations is a plus (but not mandatory).
  • An eye for trends, menswear aesthetics, and market dynamics.
  • A self-starter who can manage tasks independently and take initiative.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: ₹50,000 per month
  • Performance Bonus: Up to ₹10,000 per month for achieving 90%+ accuracy in production timelines, delivery coordination, and reporting.
  • Operational Expenses: Covered up to ₹5000 - ₹10,000 per month (for travel, vendor visits, logistics coordination, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
