Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations & Project Coordination Executive to work closely with the Founder/CEO. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, communication, documentation, and follow-ups, and wants exposure to how a startup operates end-to-end.

You will act as a central coordination point between internal teams, external partners, customers, and the Founder, ensuring that tasks move forward smoothly and nothing falls through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project & Partner Coordination

  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and external partners on ongoing tasks and deliverables
  • Track project timelines, action items, and dependencies
  • Follow up regularly to ensure commitments are met
  • Maintain clear records of discussions, decisions, and next steps

2. Customer Onboarding & Support

  • Assist in onboarding new customers by coordinating required information and documentation
  • Act as a point of contact for basic customer queries and follow-ups
  • Ensure onboarding steps are completed in a timely and organized manner

3. Founder Support & Documentation

  • Prepare presentations, reports, proposals, and internal documents for the Founder/CEO
  • Organize data, inputs, and updates into clear, structured formats (slides, documents, spreadsheets)
  • Support meeting preparation and capture action points and follow-ups

4. Task Tracking & Follow-Ups

  • Track tasks across multiple workstreams and stakeholders
  • Follow up on pending items and highlight risks or delays proactively
  • Help bring structure and visibility to day-to-day operational work

Required Skills:

  • 2–3 years of experience in operations, coordination, project support, or administrative roles
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
  • Understanding of IT / software / technology projects (terminology, workflows, tools)
  • Comfortable working directly with senior leadership
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
