Operations & Research Associate (Evening Shift | High-Growth Startup)

Job Description:

We are looking for a high-energy, tech-savvy Operations & IT Associate to join our growing team in DHA Phase 6, Lahore (Residence near DHA Phase 6 will be preferred). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, learns quickly, and enjoys working across multiple functions including research, operations, and talent interaction.

This is an evening shift role (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM) and requires strong ownership, adaptability, and curiosity for new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and evaluate new online platforms, tools, and technologies
• Support day-to-day startup operations and process improvements
• Assist in sourcing and engaging technical candidates
• Conduct introductory calls with candidates (basic screening)
• Stay updated with latest trends in IT, AI, and digital tools
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows
• Handle multiple tasks with speed and accuracy

Requirements:

• Strong interest or background in IT / Technology / Startups
• Excellent communication skills (spoken & written English)
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools rapidly
• High energy, proactive mindset, and problem-solving attitude
• Comfortable working evening/night shifts (6 PM – 3 AM)
• Experience in recruitment, operations, or tech support is a plus

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, or SaaS products
• Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
