Mellow Ink is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations & Sales Support Coordinator to help keep our day-to-day running smoothly while delivering a top-tier customer experience. This role is the backbone of our workflow; supporting customer communication, order management, invoicing, and overall operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone quickly and professionally
- Follow up on orders, designs, approvals, and timelines
- Create and send invoices; track payments and expenses in QuickBooks
- Manage and maintain online stores and order processing
- Coordinate order schedules and production timelines
- Handle shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment logistics
- Order supplies and materials as needed
- Support the team with general administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organization and attention to detail (non-negotiable)
- Excellent communication skills (written + verbal)
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small business environment
- Experience with online stores (Squarespace or similar) is a plus
- Familiarity with screen printing/apparel is a bonus but not required
