Operations & Sales Support Coordinator

Mellow Ink is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations & Sales Support Coordinator to help keep our day-to-day running smoothly while delivering a top-tier customer experience. This role is the backbone of our workflow; supporting customer communication, order management, invoicing, and overall operations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone quickly and professionally
  • Follow up on orders, designs, approvals, and timelines
  • Create and send invoices; track payments and expenses in QuickBooks
  • Manage and maintain online stores and order processing
  • Coordinate order schedules and production timelines
  • Handle shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment logistics
  • Order supplies and materials as needed
  • Support the team with general administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organization and attention to detail (non-negotiable)
  • Excellent communication skills (written + verbal)
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small business environment
  • Experience with online stores (Squarespace or similar) is a plus
  • Familiarity with screen printing/apparel is a bonus but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Newark, DE 19702
