Operations & Sales Team Lead

We’re looking for a motivated, experienced Team Lead to oversee and grow our Phone Sales Team and operations. In this role, you’ll coach and support a group of sales consultants, hold them accountable to performance goals, assist with closing deals, and help drive overall revenue growth.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Train, motivate, and provide guidance to sales representatives, offering constructive feedback and professional development.
  • Set sales targets/quotas, monitor team performance, analyze metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Directly participate in selling, assist team members with complex deals, manage pipelines, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines, and working effectively in a fast-paced, time-sensitive
  • Prospecting and participating in sales and marketing activities.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of sales experience
Proven ability to close deals
Experience leading, mentoring, or coaching a sales team preferred
Strong leadership, accountability, and communication skills
Ability to analyze performance data and adjust strategy as needed
Customer-first mindset with a strong drive for results
Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-based environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
