Operations & Scheduling Coordinator (Part-Time)

Job Overview
We are a growing local service company operating across window cleaning, property restoration, and construction services in Western Connecticut. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Operations & Scheduling Coordinator to help manage inbound calls, scheduling, quotes, and follow-ups.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, clear processes, and being the calm point of contact for customers.

Training, scripts, and systems are provided — this role follows established workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound phone calls and emails from customers
  • Schedule jobs for field technicians
  • Send quotes using provided pricing guidelines
  • Follow up with customers on open estimates
  • Track leads and job status in a simple CRM / spreadsheet
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to warm leads
  • Assist with light marketing tasks (posting reviews, before/after photos)
  • Communicate daily and weekly updates to ownership

What We’re Looking For

  • Comfortable and professional on the phone
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to follow scripts and systems consistently
  • Calm under pressure and good at multitasking
  • Reliable, punctual, and communicative
  • Experience in admin, scheduling, customer service, or office coordination preferred

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Experience in home services, property management, insurance, or medical offices
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets, Gmail, or scheduling software
  • Social media posting experience (basic)

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
