Role Overview

As the Operations & Social Media Coordinator, you will be the backbone of day-to-day office operations while also driving our online presence. You’ll manage administrative tasks, support internal workflows, and ensure smooth office operations—all while creating engaging content to showcase our properties and company brand across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Administration

• Manage front desk duties including greeting visitors, answering calls, and handling inquiries.
• Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and coordination of meetings.
• Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
• Support office management, vendor coordination, and project organization.

Social Media & Marketing

• Develop, schedule, and post content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Capture photos and videos of properties, company events, and projects for digital content.
• Engage with online followers, respond to messages, and track analytics to improve reach.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure brand voice and design consistency.
• Brainstorm and implement creative campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics to optimize campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics and social media advertising platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
