About Us:
Megeredchian Law is a well-established personal injury law firm based in Burbank, CA. We specialize in car accident cases and are currently seeking a dependable and tech-savvy Operations Specialist to join our growing team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in a professional office environment while supporting the daily operations of a fast-paced law firm.

Position Overview:
As an Operations Specialist, you’ll help ensure the office runs smoothly by managing basic technology setup and providing general operational support. You’ll assist with employee onboarding, computer and phone setups, and software access, while also helping the executive team with administrative and organizational projects. This role is ideal for someone who’s comfortable with technology, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to gain hands-on office experience. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up new employees with computers, email accounts, and phone extensions
  • Help with software access and logins for Microsoft 365, Adobe, and other firm tools
  • Troubleshoot minor computer, printer, and connectivity issues
  • Collect and reset equipment for departing employees
  • Maintain records of firm equipment and software licenses
  • Assist with vendor communication and office supply management
  • Support the executive team with scheduling, coordination, and projects
  • Handle general office and administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Comfortable with computers, printers, and office phone systems
  • Familiar with Microsoft 365 and Adobe applications
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Eager to learn and take initiative
  • Previous office experience is a plus, but not required — training provided

Schedule:
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
