Since launching in Dubai in 2015, we’ve continued to grow our presence in the UAE — and we’re now seeking a driven Operations Specialist to support our day-to-day operations and help elevate our service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

You will be the operational backbone of the business, ensuring a smooth and high-quality customer and partner experience. Responsibilities include:

  • Assign and schedule customer bookings to service partners and cleaners based on performance, availability, and location.
  • Monitor and improve daily operational workflows, introducing new processes and optimizing existing ones.
  • Ensure quality standards are consistently met across all service jobs.
  • Manage partner and cleaner performance, schedules, and service ratings.
  • Communicate with partners to coordinate bookings and share best practices.
  • Handle escalations and customer complaints alongside partner teams.
  • Train and onboard partners to ensure strong service delivery and brand representation.
  • Manage daily cash flow settlements with vendors and partners.
  • Track and report daily operational KPIs, including performance dashboards and service metrics.

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys solving real operational challenges:

  • 2–3 years of professional experience in operations, customer service, marketplace operations, facility management, or hospitality.
  • Experience in home services / cleaning / maintenance or similar on-ground operational roles is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Skilled in Excel/Google Sheets and confident working with data and performance metrics.
  • Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong communicator who can work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience training or managing third-party teams is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a plus.
  • Hands-on mindset — willing to roll up your sleeves and solve problems in real time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
