JOB TITLE: Operations Department Specialist

SUMMARY: Texas Medical Legal Consultants, LLC (TxMLC) is a San Antonio-based firm providing administrative and operational support to physicians serving as medical expert witnesses in litigation. The company operates as the central liaison between medical experts and retaining legal clients, managing case coordination, secure records handling, and full-service billing and collections.

Primary Functions:

· Data entry and validation

· Establishing and maintaining structured case files within secure cloud-based storage environments, including secure hyperlink configuration

· Engage in professional written and telephonic correspondence with our legal clients throughout the United States

· Overseeing the processing and preparation of diagnostic imaging files to ensure secure and accessible expert review

· Providing software and hardware support to TxMLC employees, expert clients, and legal clients as needed. (ShareFile, SharePoint, MS 365 Dynamics, Google, MS Office Suite, RadiAnt, PostDicom, etc.)

Technical Proficiency Requirements:

· Microsoft 365 productivity tools and enterprise collaboration platforms, including Outlook, Teams, and Zoom

· Secure cloud-based document management and storage systems, including ShareFile, SharePoint, Dropbox, and Box, as well as file compression tools

· Document preparation, diagnostic imaging platforms, and CRM systems, including Adobe Acrobat Pro, radiology viewer software (e.g., RadiAnt, PostDICOM), and Microsoft 365 Dynamics–based case management systems

Expectations:

· Core business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the expectation of reasonable flexibility to meet operational deadlines and client service obligations.

· Upon completion of the initial four-week in-office training period, the role transitions to primarily remote work, with required in-office participation for expert events, operational needs, and one designated coverage day per month

· Full-time employment. You must reside within a 45-minute commute to 13409 NW Military Hwy, Shavano Park, TX 78231

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
