A Leading Multi-Platform Network in the MENA region that has diversified its portfolio of services to be specialized in the media sector and YouTube content management, but aiming for those services to be scalable and technology-based. DS Media's objective is to become one of the biggest digital media companies in the EMEA region, using technology and targeting the global market, and making sure it's a great place.

Main Responsibilities

Legal Operations & Administrative Support 60%

• Coordinate and ensure legal documentation, agreements, and compliance materials are accurately prepared and maintained.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing all relevant legal project documents, including contracts, NDAs, and terms of agreement.
• Manage administrative processes with a focus on billing and bookkeeping, ensuring alignment with legal and contractual obligations.
• Oversee the content acquisition process and ensure all service provider agreements and terms comply with contractual requirements.
• Organize and securely manage project files, including contracts and legal documents, using Google Drive and Dropbox.

Stakeholder Management 25%

• Act as a point of contact for project-related queries. Facilitating effective communication among team members, management, and clients.
• Communicate project status to all participants.
• Liaise with clients to explain the legal requirements, scope of work, and payment terms.

Data Analysis & Reporting 15%

• Utilize data tools and dashboards to track timelines and payment progress, ensuring alignment with project plans and contractual terms.
• Generate client revenue and performance reports on YouTube, Facebook, Anghami, TikTok, and Fuga.
• Review and confirm the YouTube revenue amounts monthly prior to sending them to clients.

Ideal Profile

Education: Bachelor's degree in Law.

Experience:1-2 years of hands-on experience in the entertainment and legal field.

Linguistic Skills: English - Arabic

Computer Skills: Word – Excel - PowerPoint

Skills: Writings Skills – Attention to detail – Creativity
