What you'll do

• Responsible for team building ensuring maximum productivity while maintaining high quality service standards.
• Performance management monitoring KPIs to measure productivity & effectiveness of operations with RCA.
• Analyzing ground issues, doing root cause analysis and presenting data to reporting managers and stakeholders.
• Act as a POC during daily department meetings for reviewing performances.
• Ownership for entire order fulfillment cycle managing timely transfers and inbounding of regular stock.
• Cross-functionally coordinating and collaborating across teams within noon (logistics, vendors, planning, supply chain, training, HR).
• Lead, motivate and develop a team operative within fulfillment operations ensuring highest standards for all staff including performance, disciplinary and absence management.
• Reports & statistics ensuring timely correspondence, reports and statistics related to daily warehouse operations shared across all levels.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
• Self motivated, keeping team motivated under challenging situations.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics.
• Minimum 3 4 years experience in e commerce / warehousing.
• Ability to write, speak and present effectively.
• Creative and analytical problem solver with strong desire to grow.
• Deliver results in fast paced, multi tasked, high energetic environment.
• Familiar with MS Office tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Google Drive for analyzing and publishing daily reports.
• Willingness to relocate to various Emirates within the UAE.
