Operations Supervisor

Job Summary

Currently seeking an experienced individual in the home automation construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse inventory and staging
• Manage up to 7 employees
• Manage all pre construction projects and installations
• Perform services calls and installations

Skills

• Proven experience in warehouse supervision with strong knowledge of warehouse management systems
• Expertise in inventory management, inventory control, and logistics coordination
• Skilled in process improvement methodologies to streamline operations and scheduling or delays.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams in fast-paced settings; familiarity with residential new construction, home automation systems, low voltage system.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to heavy lifting, materials handling, and general warehouse safety practices.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in every installation ,documentation and inventory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Home Automation: 3 years (Preferred)
• Residential Low Voltage : 3 years (Preferred)
• Management: 2 years (Preferred)
• Savant Programming: 1 year (Preferred)
• Control 4 Programming: 1 year (Preferred)
• Surveillance system: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sales: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
