📌 Job Title: Operations Supervisor Coffee Shops

📍 Work Location: Makkah (with periodic visits to branches in Madinah)

We are seeking an experienced Technical Supervisor to oversee the full operational management of our café branches in the region, ensuring the highest levels of quality and operational efficiency to enhance customer satisfaction and support the organization’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the cafés and ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Develop operational plans and monitor their execution to achieve set objectives.
• Manage and develop staff, including hiring, training, evaluation, and motivation.
• Monitor product and service quality and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Track financial performance, control costs, and enhance profitability.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure workflow integration and optimal results.
• Handle customer complaints and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Propose development initiatives and continuous improvement ideas to elevate service and performance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Relevant experience in café management or the food & beverage sector.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Good knowledge of operations management, quality standards, and customer service.
