noon, the region's leading consumer commerce platform. On December 12th, 2017, noon launched its consumer platform in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, expanding to Egypt in February 2019. The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done.

What you’ll do:

• Responsible for team building by ensuring maximum productivity while maintaining high quality service standards with developing a responsible team to take challenges.
• Performance management by developing key performance indicators to measure productivity & effectiveness of operations with RCA of any issues.
• Ownership for the entire order fulfillment cycle and managing timely transfers and inbounding of regular stock.
• Cross-functionally coordinating and collaborating across different teams within noon (commercial, logistics, seller ops, vendors and in stock)
• Able to lead, motivate and develop a team operative within grocery fulfillment operations, ensuring that the highest standards are being achieved in all areas for all staff. This will include performance, disciplinary and absence management
• Reports & statistics Ensure timely correspondence, reports, statistics related to the warehouse operations are shared across at all levels.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain or similar role
• Minimum 3 years of experience in E-commerce in a related field
• Ability to write, speak and present effectively and persuasively.
