Operations Supervisor – Event Management

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a confident and experienced Operations Supervisor who can act as the operational head in the absence of the Director. The ideal candidate will oversee daily workflows, ensure smooth coordination between departments, and maintain accountability across teams. This role requires leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to make sound decisions independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily operations across departments (production, design, logistics, hospitality, etc.)

Review task trackers and ensure all team members are aligned with their daily and weekly deliverables

Assign and monitor tasks, ensuring timely completion and quality output

Report daily progress, updates, and concerns directly to the Director

Maintain discipline and professional conduct within the team

Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements for efficiency

Ensure smooth execution of projects and office functioning in the Director’s absence

Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations, preferably within event management or hospitality

Strong leadership and people management skills

Excellent communication and reporting ability

Proactive, reliable, and confident in decision-making

Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations effectively
