Operations Supervisor - Female

Handling the outbound logistics team and deliveries. Timely planning of routes and monitoring the execution. Overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency by managing staff to achieve the goals of company. Key duties include performance management, process improvement and monitoring operational metrics. They act as leaders and monitor KPIs to assess effectiveness of the team under them. They should have effective verbal and written communication skills to be able to guide, motivate and develop staff to achieve operational goals.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
