We are looking for an Operations Supervisor – Field Services / Technical Manager who can take ownership of our field operations. You aren’t just managing schedules; you are defining the standards for service quality, team performance, and operational efficiency. You will lead a skilled team of technicians, bridging the gap between technical expertise, client needs, and business objectives. You are the advocate for operational excellence in a room full of stakeholders and technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership:

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of field technicians
• Conduct performance reviews and provide actionable feedback
• Build a culture of accountability, safety, and excellence

Field Operations Management:

• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair projects
• Schedule and prioritize service calls to maximize efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety and technical standards

Client Engagement:

• Act as the main point of contact for clients during projects
• Ensure service quality meets or exceeds client expectations
• Resolve technical or operational challenges proactively

Operational Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of service reports, inventory, and job completion
• Analyze team performance and workflow for continuous improvement

What We Are Looking For

Experience:

• 6+ years in HVAC, refrigeration, or industrial maintenance
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or management role

Technical Expertise:

• Strong understanding of commercial and industrial refrigeration systems
• Hands-on troubleshooting and repair skills

Leadership Skills:

• Ability to motivate a technical team and enforce high standards
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

Mindset:

• Pragmatic and results-oriented
• Ability to balance operational perfection with practical solutions

Pay: ﷼20,000.00 - ﷼30,000.00 per month
