Objective
To provide the full administrative support the operational division with the implementation of the Tawasul policies, procedures and systems, in particular reports and records.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Contribute in ensuring attendance of operational, replacement and spare drivers
- To enforce all attendance policies, using day and night presence and enforcement in the accommodation
- To enforce to staff the importance of the requirements by investigating non-attendance and lateness
- To observation staff reasoning to assist in the collection of data and investigate root cause for absenteeism and lateness
- To report on disciplinary action required for non-attending and delayed staff
- To monitor drivers on long absence, sick leave and returnees from vacation as well as new employees
- To keep accurate records of all aspects of this position, generating a monthly summary Preparing drivers attendance on daily based ( Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Musaffah) verify absent drivers, not paid drivers, Medical leave drivers, Suspension drivers, Leave drivers.
- Able to prepare Operation Daily report and other operation reports as instructed by Operation Manager and duty Manager.( i.e.. Low income, Exceeding fuel consumption)
- Can handle different Driver issues (Fleet issue, Maintenance issue, Car Wash, IT problem)
- Finalizes of all drivers complains and request ( salary problem, day Lost, or any kind of issue and refer to operation Manager for final decision)
- Prepare Duty Roster Of Operation Staff, Bus drivers and car washers as instructed by Operation Manager as well as Duty Taxi drivers roster
- Preparing drivers salary deduction on monthly based for internal fines (Absent fine, not paid fine, company fines and low income fines) and Update I the focus System.
- To provide all drivers about their fine details traffic, trans, Accident and internal fines ( total fines, how much company had deducted and how much balance )
- Preparing Low income drivers list on weekly based.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years previous experience in the taxi industry, at least 2 in a team leader role
- Minimum 2 Years of Experience in data analysis.
- Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and operational reporting tools.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of operational finance is an advantage.
- Flexibility with working hours.
- Bilingual (Arabic & English) is an advantage.
