Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Training Manager to lead the development and execution of comprehensive training programs that empower our workforce and drive organizational success. Duties

  • Develop and implement engaging curriculum content utilizing instructional design principles such as ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) to ensure effective learning experiences.
  • Lead the creation of training programs for employee orientation, talent management, succession planning, and performance management initiatives.
  • Manage the full training lifecycle including needs assessment, content development using tools like Adobe Captivate and SharePoint, and program evaluation through employee feedback and data collection.
  • Deliver compelling training sessions in classroom settings or via virtual platforms, utilizing strong presentation skills and public speaking techniques to motivate participants.
  • Oversee the administration of Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Workday or HRIS platforms to track progress and maintain accurate training records.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources and organizational leaders to align training programs with business objectives, change management strategies, and organizational design.
  • Facilitate mentoring programs and coaching sessions to support employee growth and leadership development.
  • Conduct research on industry best practices in human capital management, HR sourcing, and training innovations to continuously enhance program quality.
  • Support employee evaluation processes by designing assessment tools that measure learning outcomes and skill acquisition.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate new learning technologies like Salesforce or SharePoint into existing training frameworks.
  • Lead efforts in conflict management during training sessions by fostering an inclusive environment that encourages open communication.

Experience

  • Proven experience in designing and delivering adult education programs within a corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE, and the use of various learning technology platforms including LMS systems like Workday or HRIS tools.
  • Strong background in program management for training & development initiatives with a focus on talent management, succession planning, and performance improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences through public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Experience facilitating employee orientation sessions, mentoring programs, and change management initiatives.
  • Familiarity with data collection techniques for evaluating training effectiveness and conducting research on industry trends related to human resources management.
  • Classroom experience combined with technical proficiency in tools such as Adobe Captivate, SharePoint, Salesforce, or other e-learning platforms is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,266.01 - $60,000.00 per year
