Your Role in Our Mission
As an Opioid Treatment Therapist or Counselor (CADC) on our team, you'll be a catalyst for recovery, transforming lives from day one. You’ll drive patient success by delivering person-centered therapy and case management to individuals recovering from opioid addiction; conducting assessments (for licensed therapists only); developing Person-Centered Plans (PCPs); and setting meaningful recovery goals while facilitating individual and group therapy sessions. You will also document progress in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, coordinate with medical and support staff, provide crisis intervention, connect patients with community resources, and ensure compliance with federal and state OTP regulations.

This position follows a Monday - Friday, 5:30am-2:30pm or 6am-2pm
