Our client:

The world’s largest Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle facility and large–scale investment in Gasification & associated utilities/facilities. The 4 GW Combined Cycle Power Generation Plant consists of Syngas/ULSD fired Gas Turbines, HRSGs, Steam Turbines, Water Cooled Condenser, Process Steam and Water Systems, including the related equipment, piping and process valves and Sea Water Condenser Cooling system.

Reports To: CFO

Main Purpose of the Position: To ensure effective communication that aligns with organizational goals, fosters transparency and engages key stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, employees, and leadership, to support strategic business initiatives.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Saudi National

• Bachelor’s degree in corporate communications, marketing communications, journalism or similar

• Post graduate qualification

• 5 Years of work experience in corporate communications, marketing communications, public/media relations or related field

• Experience in a large, global organization

• Understanding of internal and external communication strategies to support organizational goals and transparency

• Knowledge of financial terminology, reporting processes, and key metrics to effectively communicate CFO-related content

• Familiarity with the power production industry, its regulations, trends, and stakeholder concerns

• Awareness of legal and financial reporting requirements to ensure accurate and compliant communication

• Understanding strategies for managing sensitive financial or organizational news in high-pressure situations

• Knowledge of effective engagement practices for diverse audiences, including employees, leadership, and the Board of Directors

• Familiarity with media outlets, public relations strategies, and best practices for communicating financial updates

• Ability to craft clear, concise, and professional communication tailored to various audiences

• Proficiency in creating and delivering engaging presentations or reports for stakeholders

• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with the CFO, leadership team, and other departments

• Competence in using communication tools (e.g., intranets, newsletters, and digital platforms) and financial software if required

• Ensuring accuracy and consistency in all communication, particularly financial and regulatory messaging
