Ops Analyst :
Invoicing and Reporting:
Prepare and maintain the Invoicing Trend Report for suppliers

Generate and publish trend reports comparing budget, revenue, and accuracy of forecast.

Procurement and Workforce Management:
Create purchase requisitions for Contingent Workforce (CW) and other necessary supplies.

Track the status of all CW, including billing and hire-to-requisition processes

Monitor buffer tracking, identifying opportunities for deployment to improve utilization.

Compare hiring demand against the available buffer pool, working to optimize workforce utilization.

Performance and Feedback:
Track high aging cases, collect feedback from managers, and initiate Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) for underperforming employees.

Work closely with HR to support the hiring, onboarding, and tracking of new joiners, including freshers.

Leave Management and Compliance:
Monitor and track Return to Office (RTO) compliance.

Manage medical and long-term leave cases, ensuring proper redeployment and resource allocation.

Adhoc basis

Training and Development:
Plan, coordinate, and conduct training sessions to upskill employees and improve overall team performance.

Project Management Support:
Oversee the creation, modification, and extension of project codes as needed.

Revenue Forecasting and Analysis:
Conduct revenue forecasting based on firm projections, active projects, and potential new or ramp-up opportunities.

Perform variance analysis between revenue forecasting and invoicing, ensuring accurate revenue reconciliation.

Skills and Qualifications:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in revenue forecasting and variance analysis.

Proficiency in preparing financial reports and tracking workforce metrics.

Excellent communication and coordination abilities, particularly in cross-functional team environments.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with procurement processes and workforce management tools.

Experience in employee performance management and HR collaboration.
