Crystal Vision Center is seeking a professional and motivated Optician’s Assistant to support our optical team in delivering high-quality patient care. About the Opportunity:
This position offers the opportunity to build foundational knowledge in optometry and optical services while working in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. The Optician’s Assistant will play a key role in both patient interaction and day-to-day operations, with opportunities for continued training and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a professional and welcoming experience for all patients
• Assist patients with frame selection based on prescription, fit, and lifestyle needs
• Support opticians with basic measurements and eyewear fittings
• Maintain organized and visually appealing optical displays
• Schedule appointments and manage patient records accurately
• Assist with insurance verification and administrative tasks
• Process and track eyewear orders to ensure timely delivery
• Respond to phone inquiries and provide accurate information to patients

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of attention to detail and organizational ability
• Proficiency with basic computer systems
• Interest in healthcare or the optical field is highly desirable
