We are currently looking for an Optimization Manager to further develop the Compressor Technique Service Department. (CTS)

The Role

Take responsibility for revenue and profit in the Optimization business area

Develop and implement business strategies for the assigned product lines
Establish and define suitable KPIs to ensure long-term business success
Regularly report to the Business Line Manager and share key insights
Monitor and analyze the financial performance of the business area, including budget management, cost control, and profit maximization
Identify customer needs through targeted market research and drive the development of products and services
Build and continuously optimize processes for the Optimization area
Build and maintain valuable customer and partner relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships
Lead, develop, and motivate your team
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders from Sales and Operations
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards to meet the highest expectations

Experience Requirements

Engineering Degree in relevant fields, or equivalent
Advanced English proficiency
Have experience in optimization solutions (energy recovery and heat pump systems etc.)
Have strong PC skills, especially in MS Office, and experience with SAP
Demonstrate strong negotiation skills and impress with your communication and interpersonal abilities
Bring analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Show high self-motivation and goal orientation
At least 5 years of proven sales & marketing experiences in the Compressor industry and a proven track record of sustainable growth & reaching targets
Knowledge of local market dynamics
Skilled in conflict resolution, coaching and team development
