About the Role
We are seeking a skilled, proactive, and independent Optometrist to join our daycare surgical center in Rewari. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of the OPD, ensuring high-quality clinical investigations and excellent patient care. You will play a critical role in patient counseling, advanced diagnostics, and driving surgical conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Independent OPD Management: Oversee the daily operations of the OPD, ensuring an efficient, organized, and patient-friendly workflow.
• Clinical Investigations: Perform comprehensive eye examinations, accurate refractions, and detailed preliminary screenings.
• Advanced Diagnostics: Operate specialized diagnostic equipment, ensuring every patient receives a highly accurate, printed document report for their records.
• Patient Counseling: Educate patients comprehensively on their diagnostic results, treatment plans, and surgical options.
• Surgical Coordination: Actively drive surgical bookings through effective counseling and coordinate seamlessly with the operating doctors for scheduling.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Optometry (B.Optom / D.Optom).
• Minimum 2–4 years of clinical experience, with a proven ability to manage an OPD independently.
• Strong technical proficiency in handling modern ophthalmic diagnostic machinery and a data-oriented approach to clinical evaluation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive counseling skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month (commensurate with clinical experience and ability to work independently).
• Surgical Incentives: Highly attractive, uncapped performance incentives awarded for every surgery successfully booked.
