Role: Oracle Agile PLM Functional Business Analyst

Location: Irvine, CA

Contract

Position Summary:

A seasoned Oracle Agile PLM 9.3.X Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Product Data Management (PDM) and hands-on configuration experience. The ideal candidate Shall have experience in the semiconductor industry| excellent communication skills| and the ability to confidently engage with business users to translate needs into actionable technical and functional requirements.

Define test plans and participate in testing activities including unit testing| integration testing| and system testing.

Support data migration| validation| and cleansing efforts during system transitions.

Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Agile PLM users.

Ensure alignment with SAP S4 HANA ERP system and support integration efforts.

Utilize Azure DevOps and Jira for ticketing| tracking| and collaboration.

Collaborative with cross-functional teams and occasional travel between sites may be required.

Required Qualifications:

7 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Oracle Agile PLM 9.3.6| including configuration responsibilities.

Strong understanding of PLMPDM concepts| workflows| and best practices.

Proven experience in the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industries.

Hands-on experience with Agile PLM modules such as Product Collaboration (PC) and Portfolio Program Management (PPM).Familiarity with SAP S4 HANA ERP system and its integration with PLM platforms.

Proficiency in Azure DevOps and Jira ticketing systems.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced| onsite environment

Collaborative cross-functional team environment.
