Job Title: Oracle Consultant – Recruitment & On/Offboarding

Location : Dubai


Role Summary:

The Oracle Consultant – Recruitment & On/Offboarding will play a pivotal role in advancing PureHealth’s HR digitization agenda by driving functional excellence and innovation across Oracle HCM. This role is responsible for optimizing recruitment and onboarding workflows, ensuring seamless system alignment with HR processes, compliance standards, and organizational goals.

As a trusted advisor between HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs), Business Units, PureCS, and external partners, this position ensures Oracle HCM configurations are strategically designed, tested, and embedded effectively. The Consultant will also lead enhancements, sprint planning, and AI-enabled use case delivery to elevate the employee experience and HR operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

Functional Excellence

  • Collaborate with HR process owners and business units to gather and validate functional requirements for Recruitment and On/Offboarding modules.
  • Lead the end-to-end design process — from process mapping, documentation, and configuration logic to user testing and deployment.
  • Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT): create scripts, coordinate testing, resolve defects, and ensure readiness for go-live.
  • Maintain alignment between system capabilities, HR policies, and compliance standards.
  • Partner with IT and vendors to validate integrations, reports, and data accuracy throughout implementations and releases.
  • Ensure all configurations, workflows, and policy changes are documented, version-controlled, and audit-ready .

Product Ownership & Optimization

  • Own and manage the Oracle roadmap for Recruitment and On/Offboarding within PureHealth, ensuring scalability and continuous improvement.
  • Prioritize the product backlog, define user stories, and manage sprint delivery in collaboration with HR and IT teams.
  • Identify and implement process automation, self-service enhancements, and user experience improvements aligned with business objectives.

AI & Innovation Enablement

  • Define and deliver AI-driven use cases that enhance recruitment and onboarding efficiency (e.g., predictive hiring, smart onboarding workflows).
  • Collaborate with data and HR teams to test, validate, and roll out intelligent features while maintaining compliance and data integrity.
  • Champion digital adoption and innovation within HR, ensuring sustainable improvements and measurable outcomes.

Change Management & Business Impact

  • Develop and execute change and enablement plans, including training content, communication timelines, and adoption tracking.
  • Track business benefits (e.g., process efficiency, reduced manual effort, improved candidate experience) and report ROI on system enhancements.
  • Act as the voice of the user, ensuring all Oracle configurations deliver tangible business value and strong stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Partner with HR Communications and CoEs to develop user-friendly resources (FAQs, playbooks, and learning guides).


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Oracle HCM functional consulting with a strong focus on Recruitment and On/Offboarding modules.
  • In-depth functional expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM, with specialization in Recruitment and On/Offboarding modules.
  • Proven ability to translate complex HR policies and business needs into configurable Oracle solutions.
  • Skilled in process re-engineering, documentation, testing, and release management.
  • Strong understanding of AI use cases in HR, and ability to validate outputs against business logic.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills across HR, IT, and vendors.
  • Experience leading agile delivery cycles, sprint planning, and product backlog management.
  • Structured, analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
