Position Title: Oracle EBS Developer

Location: Rawalpindi (On-Premise)

Position Overview:
We are actively seeking experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Developers with a strong technical foundation and hands-on experience across Financials, Supply Chain, and Fixed Assets modules. The incumbent will be responsible for the design, development, customization, and maintenance of Oracle EBS solutions to ensure seamless operational efficiency and alignment with organizational objectives. This role requires both technical expertise and an in-depth understanding of business processes within the Oracle EBS ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Oracle EBS applications in alignment with functional requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, supply chain, and IT, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement and manage enhancements, patches, and updates within Oracle EBS modules.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of Oracle EBS workflows, reports, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot, identify root causes, and resolve functional or technical issues efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to best practices for Oracle EBS development, security, and performance optimization.
• Document solutions, configurations, and development procedures comprehensively for knowledge management and compliance purposes.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (BS) or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Professional Experience:

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, specifically in Financials, Supply Chain, and Fixed Assets modules.
• Proven experience in Oracle EBS development, customization, and support activities.

Required Skills & Certifications:

• Certification or formal training in Oracle E-Business Suite is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture, module functionalities, and integration frameworks.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, and other relevant Oracle development tools.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills for cross-departmental coordination.
