Job Title: Oracle EBS Functional Consultant – PPM (Project Accounting & Costing)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite Functional Consultant to support a strategic client program. The consultant will act as a client-side functional representative, providing business, functional, and domain expertise across Oracle EBS Projects (PPM) modules.

Core Functional Expertise (Primary)

• Oracle Project Accounting (PA)
• Oracle Project Costing (PC)
• Oracle Project Billing (PB)

Additional Modules (Secondary)

• Oracle Accounts Payable (AP)
• Oracle General Ledger (GL)

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the client-facing functional SME in business, functional, and service delivery discussions.
• Provide expert guidance across Oracle Projects modules, including:
• Resource and recruiting agency billing
• Fully loaded cost tracking
• Margin and profitability analysis
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
• Test case review and validation
• Defect analysis and resolution coordination
• Review functional designs and documentation to ensure alignment with business processes.
• Collaborate closely with the Program Manager and Project Managers to drive milestones and deliverables.
• Provide functional inputs to internal and vendor teams during design, testing, and deployment phases.
• Review and advise on:
• Project billing cycles
• Cost allocation
• Intercompany transactions
• Participate in status reporting, stakeholder communication, and risk identification activities.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 5–10 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle EBS Functional Consultant.
• Strong expertise in Project Accounting, Project Costing, and Project Billing.
• Good understanding of AP and GL, including integration with Projects modules.
• Strong knowledge of business processes related to:
• Professional services organizations
• Cost management
• Resource-based billing
• Experience working on global programs with international stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and client engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities during UK/Ireland business hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per year
