Job Description:

• Experience in Oracle ERP – Implementation & Support projects with Oracle EBS Core HR, SSHR, Absence, Learning management, Payroll etc.
• Setup HR related Descriptive Flex Fields, Key Flex Fields, Validation Sets, and Special Information Types, security Profile attachments, users, responsibilities, request sets and menus etc.
• Independently drive the business users to understand the functional requirements, gather and analyze the business requirements, perform the Fit-Gap analysis and provide production support.
• Responsible for the various project deliverables documents - Solution design, Functional Specifications, Setup Documents, SIT-UAT Test Scripts, Reporting requirements, Training materials etc.
• Having knowledge in Oracle E-Business development environment (PLSQL, Workflow, Form Personalization, BI Publisher Reports etc.) to work with technical consultants
• Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner working in Integrated Project Teams
